At 720 Fitness, we believe health is about a lot more than just weight loss or obtaining a certain body standard. Aspects of exercise such as one's mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, abilities and disabilities, past injuries or future goals are all important contributors that often get overshadowed in pursuant of purely aesthetic goals.

Though much of the public sphere is filled with very valuable health and fitness related information, we find it to be missing one very crucial ingredient: diversity.
